APPEARANCE
CLICKY
Stonepaw is large for his age, especially compared to his smaller sisters. He's stocky, with most of his bulk coming, fortunately, from muscles that he developed playing as a kit, although his frame still carries some of that "baby fat". His fur is medium length and pretty thick, a dark, solid, deep gray that allows him to be mistaken for a small boulder if he lays perfectly still, and interestingly enough, his nose and whiskers are as gray as his face, blending in perfectly. His entire body is all one shade, except for his eyes. His eyes are a unique shade of green, not the classic emerald but an herby, grass green. More manly, he thinks.

PERSONALITY
serious, goody two-paws, overprotective, sensible, idealistic, quiet (and kind of socially awkward)
Even though he's young, Stonepaw has always been a very SERIOUS cat, much more so than his siblings. He enjoys a good game as much as the next apprentice, but only because he sees it as sharpening the skills that he will use to become a warrior. He's not a little kit anymore, and even though he's only six moons old, he wants to act like and be treated like an adult. He takes the rules of the clan to heart and is always trying to keep Breezepaw from the reckless, rule-breaking antics she gets up to.
Because he's so mature for his age, Stonepaw ends up looking like a GOODY TWO-PAWS because in his quest for the approval of the senior warriors and the clan leader and deputy, he ends up pretty much brown-nosing. He aims only to please them. He doesn't break the rules, makes sure he does everything he is told to do, and even goes above and beyond on his apprentice duties. He's not a snitch and would never tattle on his sisters or his fellow apprentices, but he still kind of gets that "teacher's pet" rap.
He is extremely loyal to his friends and just wants all of them to be happy and safe, so he is a great friend to have. However, this concern of his leads him to be OVERPROTECTIVE in a way that can really get annoying. Still, it's always nice to know that he has your back. If a cat goes after one of his friends, Stonepaw will not hesitate to stick up for them (more often than not with his paws). He would never attack another clan member (that goes against clan rules), but he's not afraid to tackle a wrongdoer with sheathed claws.
Part of the serious, mature package is the ever-handy SENSIBILITY. Stonepaw is not a cat who reacts based on emotion but actually reasons everything out in his head. He's extremely rational and not particularly comfortable with outward displays of emotion, like ooey-gooey love or crying sadness. And, because he's so sensible, he tends not to believe rumors and likes to have concrete evidence before jumping to any conclusions. For example, while he doesn't disbelieve in StarClan, he's not completely convinced of their existence, and he probably won't be unless he is ever contacted by StarClan itself.
For all his ration, Stonepaw is actually pretty IDEALISTIC. He believes that WindClan would be perfect if every cat just followed the rules, and he believes that the war could end if the clans would just get together and talk about it at Gatherings like the Warrior Code calls for. He's not naive enough to think this will happen, but he really does think it's possible for the clans to function normally again. For this reason alone, he admires Tigerstar, because he thinks Tigerstar just wants all the clans to come together under TigerClan and be peaceful again. He thinks this plan could actually work, and he would like to see an end to all this violence.
Stonepaw might never say these beliefs out loud though, because for all his well-formed opinions, he's a QUIET cat. He's not shy like Mintpaw, though. He's perfectly comfortable with attention, but he doesn't feel the need to mince words. He'll make small talk when he's approached or when he's in a more intimate situation, but he finds that often, he just doesn't have a lot to say. And if you don't have a reason to speak, why do it?
His excessive maturity, seriousness, uneasiness around emotion, and quietness can only add up to one thing: a slight penchant to be socially awkward, especially around cats his own age and cats he doesn't know very well. Sometimes, he does want to speak and simply can't find the words (because he's not well-practiced in speaking), and other times, he finds that he just doesn't fit in with regular apprentices, who just want to play and shirk their responsibilities. And God help him if he ever develops a crush on a she-cat... He will be stumbling over his paws and his words at the very sight of her. Luckily for Stonepaw, he has a built in friend base with his large family. His family is very close-knit, and Stonepaw is especially close to his two sisters, Breezepaw and Mintpaw. He spends most of his time with them or with his parents and older sister, who fortunately don't mind his overbearing seriousness or his socially awkward manners.

HISTORY
Stonekit was born on a classically windy day in WindClan, but luckily this wasn't Mousefoot's first litter. She handled the labor fine and produced a healthy litter of three kits: two she-kits called Breezekit and Mintkit, and just the one tom, Stonekit. The little plump sphere of gray fur was aptly named, no cat could deny. And, in a way, it even came to reflect his serious nature as he began to grow up and develop a personality.
With only six moons behind him, Stonekit's history is a short one, and mostly filled with him fretting over his mischievous sister Breezepaw and trying to keep Mintpaw from falling under her rambunctious influence. Breezepaw would always try to convince them to play near the warriors den or near the center of camp where they would run into other cats and get in the way, and Stonepaw would always try to herd them back towards the nursery, the place where kits were supposed to play.
The most notable example of Breezekit's trouble came when the kits were about four moons old. Breezekit convinced Mintkit to explore outside of camp. Stonekit was distraught. If he left camp, he could get in trouble! But if his sisters were out of camp by themselves they could get hurt or lost. He knew they needed him there to protect them (and, to be honest, a teeny part of him wanted to see what it was like out there), so he reluctantly followed them out of the camp.
They hadn't gotten far when they ran into a nasty beast—a badger! Stonekit and Breezekit took off, but Mintkit wasn't quick enough and the badger snatched at her tail! Luckily, his parents were already out looking for them and came just in the knick of time. They chased the badger off and carried Mintkit back to camp. Stonekit just remembered that there was so much blood! He stayed by her side the entire way, convinced she was going to die. Luckily, she only managed to lose her tail, and the medicine cat fixed her right up.
After that traumatic incident, Stonekit vowed to stay in camp until he was made an apprentice and knew enough to actually tackle the threats out there. Now, he's six moons old and that time has finally come.
