Pay an annual Zoanthrope Tax.
Refusal or inability to pay on time will mean a fine or the offender will have their belongings repossessed.
Keep their animalism secret from "normal" human civilians.
A fine or prison sentence depending on severity.
Not infect humans.
A lawsuit. Nine out of ten cases result in the zoanthrope paying the victim compensation, as well as the staggeringly high court fees!
Not kill or rape other zoanthropes.
A life sentence in prison.
Not kill or rape humans
Death.
