BONE
[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=valign,top] 50 MOONS MALE BLOODCLAN DEPUTY | [atrb=style, width: 296px; padding: 5px; background-color: e3e3e3; border-top: 4px solid #000000;] GENERAL INFORMATION NAME, bone BRIEF DESCRIPTION, massive black-and-white tom FAMILY,mother: sun; deceased father: blackie; deceased sister: peppermint; unknown brother: charles; unknown APPEARANCE IMAGE the first thing any cat notices about bone is his size. he's absolutely giant - not exactly fat, but simply a scaled-up version of a regular cat. his paws are massize and his claws, when you study them, are sheathed in dog's claws, making the tom's strikes wider and much more deadly. his gait shows nothing but pure arrogance - his tail and head are held high, and he always has a look in his eyes that simply says 'make my day or you're dog-meat, idiot.' once a cat gets past his size, the next thing they tend to notice is his collar. it's not so much the color - a very manly rainbow - that catches a cat's attention, but rather the morbid collection on it: cats and dogs teeth. he's picked up a habit of dotting his kittypet collar with the teeth and claws of those he's defeated in battle. it's hard to count exactly how many animals make up the group, but one thing's for sure, and that's that it's probably the most fucking terrifying thing about him. otherwise, though, bone's pelt is honestly nothing much to look at. it's a simple white-on-black pattern, and his eyes are pale yello in hue. his pelt is criss-crossed with battle scars from various fights both in the forest and around the twolegplace. his most noticable one is most likely the one that slashes across between his eyes - he won't tell where he got it, but no cat honestly wants to know. PERSONALITY + intelligent. manipulative. loyal. articulate. calm. brave. responsible. confident. realistic. - ruthless. bloodthirsty. cruel. dishonest. uncaring. distant. secretive. pessimistic. narrow-minded. inflexible. first and foremost, bone is cruel. he leads his band of rouges with iron claws, giving cats scars for so much as whispering an opinion against him. more than one cat has died under his claws - in fact, he's taken a habit of taking teeth from cats he's killed and adding them to his collar (mostly in an attempt to make the rainbow more intimidating). he doesn't care about any cat's wellbeing besides himself and it is his name that is whispered in stories to kits in the nursery, rather than his leader scourge. despite his brawn, bone is fairly smart and cunning for a cat. his intelligence normally manifests as a way of manipulation and cunning and he can easily talk circles around cats or get them to do what he wants, if he so desires. bone often works more for himself then he does for other cats, and as such most of his smarts is used for his or bloodclan's personal gain rather than someone elses. he's notoriously hard to lie to and will often give you a shredded ear if you attempt to tell anything but the full truth to him. bone craves battle. there's really no other way to put this. his bloodthirst often borders on sadism and violence and anarchy the only answers for anything, in his eyes. he despises the 'soft' rules of the warrior code - such as not killing unless necessary or keeping to your clans own territory. his goal in life is to watch the forest clans fall to the ground and disband for good, and he honestly will not rest until he does so. bone is realistic to the point of bluntness. he will always tell it how it is and won't sugar-coat anything whatsoever: if he thinks you're going to die from wounds or a disease, he will tell you as such and most likely tell you to leave the premises if so. he judges things in a practical way whenever he can and usually is good at planning because of this: he knows whether to go through with something or not. more than anything, bone is loyal. more to his 'clan' than his leader. while he does accept scourge as the leader and his superior, he isn't afraid to challenge the young tom or go against his wishes - he also doesn't put all his trust in the cat, as he knows that scourge's judgement can falter. however, to his clan, bone is all-trusting. he is very proud to be a part of the group of cats known as bloodclan and is not afraid to jump into battle in order to defend his group's notoriety and honor. he does not think of himself as a rouge of any sort, but rather as the deputy of bloodclan: the only brave clan in the forest, or so he thinks. HISTORY bone's beginning was a simple one. he had been born to two aging kittypets: a she-cat named sun, and a tom named blackie. he had been born in a litter of 3: a tom named charles, a she-cat named peppermint, and himself; bone. he only stayed with his parents for moon or so, being taken away from his littermates and parents as soon as he was off his mother's milk. the twolegs delivered the young tom to a strange house, given to a man who treated the young cat badly. bone abused by the man, and was only allowed outside once a day in order to do his buisness. during his time outside, the tom often noticed groups of cats slinking along the border between the trees and the forest, giving him a glance but continuing on their way. eventually, bone became angry at these cats: why did they never attempt to help him out of his misery? did they not care about the blood that regularly speckled his flank? he grew angrier and angrier the longer he lived there, desperate to blame his problems on something, anything - when at last and escape route came, in the form of an open door. finally free of his cruel twoleg master, the tom's dislike of the forest cats swelled into a pure rage, and the tom swore vengance on the forest cats, for never helping him out of his predicament, always watching but never assisting. bone eventually ended up as a twolegplace cat, living neither here nor there and fighting for hwat food he could find. eventually the tom stumbled upon a cat his age; a ginger she-cat named bricker. the two became something close to friends and lived in the same vincity: behind a dumpster in a quiet allyway. things seemed relatively peaceful for a while - that is, until the dog came. their once peaceful dwelling place had been overtaken by a large dog, that snarled and barked at the cats whenever they drew near. without a proper dwelling place, bone became once more nomadic - moving from place to place, trying to find some cat who could help him. finally, he found a cat that could help the pair - a tiny black-and-white tom. the cat had been some sort of a legend within the alleycats, supposedly fighting off a dog alone. privately, bone thought the tiny cat couldn't even fight a mouse, but if he was killed, it would be one less mouth the city had to feed. for reasons bone could not explain, the tom came away unscathed and triumphant, the dog long gone, and finally giving himself a name: scourge. bone was impressed by the small tom's bravery and allied himself with the young cat, bonding with him over the hatred of the forest cats. when scourge unveiled a plan: a plan to overthrow the the forest clans and take the territories for their own, bone immediately accepted the offer to be his second-in-command; like one of the forest cats 'deputies', if you will. he wanted nothing more than to make the cats of the territories suffer has he had done, and he finally had a chance do do so. he only half listened to the ravings of scourge about what they were going do do with the territories, how they would win, everything else. all he cared about was blood. bloodclan had begun. OTHER INFORMATON anything else missed in the application that you would like to mention? if not, leave this blank. RP SAMPLE Step. Step. Watch the box. Watch the twig. Watch the trash. Step. Step. Don’t lose him. Step. Step. Hunting even mice in the Twolegplace had always been a challenge. Hunting a full-grown cat and attempting to corner him was much harder. It wasn’t originally Bone’s idea to go after the young tom cat he was stalking – it was Scourge’s. The young cat had apparently been seen being a bit too friendly to the forest cats, as well as spending quite a bit of time away from the BloodClan camp on his own, leaving his leader to believe that he might be allying himself with the cats of the clans. Bone had initially doubted his leader’s reasoning, but who was he to judge? Even if Scourge was wrong, it meant one less possible clan ally and therefore one less possible enemy – and as far as the huge tom was concerned, that was all that mattered at this point. So off he had went, tracking down the young tom Scourge had specified through the alleyways, waiting for the tom to momentarily lapse in concentration, giving Bone the opportunity to finish what he had been sent out to do. Who knows, maybe he could add the tom’s claws to the morbid collection that dotted his collar – 17 different cats and 3 different dogs had joined the assortment. Bone’s concentration hadn’t wavered from the tabby he was stalking since the time he had finally tracked down the tom. He couldn’t afford to let his mind wander – he had a job that would benefit his clan, and as such he had to complete. Suddenly, the black-and-white tom stopped with one paw in the air and immediately crouched down. Now. The tabby had stopped for a second – perhaps he had finally detected the scent of Bone – but a second was all he needed. Bone crashed into the tabby tom, screeching as the two bowled over. Bone’s element of surprise and bulk had tipped the scales completely in his favor. In a matter of seconds he had overpowered the tabby tom and, pinning the tabby down with two back paws on his belly, sunk his teeth into the tabbies neck. It took no effort to find the blood vessels in the tom’s neck – moons of practice had made this part of the battle one of the easiest parts – and stepped back to view his work. The tom was quickly losing blood and he had only a few minutes before he passed. Giving the tom one final glance, Bone turned away from the dying tom, well aware of the blood that spattered his muzzle. All in a day’s work. ETCETERA OTHER CATS, |
