If you follow the gorse tunnel into ThunderClan camp, you will find a sandy ravine surrounded by brambles. A vast clearing stretches to Highrock, and at another side lies a fallen tree. Clumps of ferns and nettles dot the camp, and a barrier of gorse guards its edges.

The ShadowClan camp is located in a muddy hollow in the middle of the marshes. It is surrounded by a wall of brambles with an entrance constructed through a thorn tunnel. Large rocks are scattered throughout the camp and provide shelter for dens. There is a large tree stump near the middle of camp, but no other plantlife.

Built in a natural dip on the moors of WindClan, the camp is sheltered from the harsh gusts but exposed to enemies, making it an easy target for other clans. A gorse wall surrounds the camp and provides sheltered dens for the queens and elders. There are no other dens, as the WindClanners prefer to sleep under the sky, but burrows made by rabbits or foxes provide shelter during rough weather.

RiverClan has made their camp on a large island. A barrier of reeds marks the perimeter, but even more effective of a barrier is the water that surrounds it, for only RiverClan cats know how to swim or even like water. The dens are made of tightly woven reeds decorated with feathers and shells. A large willow tree grows on one edge of the camp, and its branches provide more material for building dens.

The Thunderpath marks the official border between ThunderClan and ShadowClan territory. With monsters racing over the path, crossing the border is a dangerous feat.

In the center of the four clan's territories are four large oak trees that form a steep clearing. In the middle of the clearing is a large rock that the leaders use to call Gatherings every moon.
